In 2026, a "simple electronic signature" (like a drawing with a mouse) is no longer sufficient to win a labor lawsuit in Mexico. Absolute legal certainty is required, and that is only achieved with cutting-edge cryptographic technology.
Unique keys and personal PIN Sora uses a pair of unique cryptographic keys (ed25519 standard). The signature is generated on the user's device using a secret PIN that never travels over the internet nor is known to the platform ("zero-knowledge" principle).
Differences that win lawsuits:
Sora Signature: An irrefutable biometric-cryptographic link is established. An IT expert witness can mathematically certify that only the holder could have signed.
Generic Signatures: They rely on assumptions such as access to email, which is an easy point of attack for the opposing party in a lawsuit ("my account was hacked").
Document integrity Our technology ensures that once signed, the document cannot be altered. Any change would invalidate the signature, guaranteeing absolute traceability of the digital labor file.
