How much can I earn?

It depends on your level of involvement and the size of the companies in your network. In the first call, we use our income simulator to project, with your own contacts, how much you would earn at each level. We prefer to show you real numbers based on your portfolio rather than promising you generic figures.

Do I need to know how to sell software or be an expert in labor compliance?

No. At the Connect level, your only task is to introduce companies to us; Sora does the demo and the closing. At the higher involvement levels, we certify you: live training, materials, and support from a dedicated manager.

What happens if another partner or the Sora team contacts my same prospect?

Every prospect you register is protected by an exclusivity window in your name, which is renewable as long as you show progress. We have written conflict resolution rules: the valid registration rules. Transparency is the foundation of the program.

Can I start at the highest level?

No. Advancement between tiers is based on milestones achieved; this is how we protect the quality of the program and the partners themselves. Everyone starts at the level that corresponds to their profile and grows based on results.

Does this have any cost for me?

Applying and getting certified is free of charge. What we ask for is commitment: real prospects, follow-up, and constant communication.
