General Terms

CM Identidad, S.A.P.I de C.V., known commercially as Sora or formerly Lidea (hereinafter "Sora") requires that all visitors (hereinafter "User") of its website(s) on the World Wide Web (hereinafter "Sora Platforms") adhere to the following rules and conditions, and to any other services agreements, as the case may be, required by Sora for specific services or products ("Services Agreement"). By accessing the Sora Platforms, the User expresses their acceptance and agreement with these terms and conditions, as amended, as well as with each modification to them made by Sora from time to time.

Due to the open nature of the Internet and the Sora Platforms, it is necessary to constantly change and modify the content, structure, and services offered. By using the Sora Platforms, the User understands and accepts that Sora will have the right at any time to make such modifications without prior notice. Therefore, the User agrees that it is their obligation to periodically review this "Terms and Conditions" document, which can be accessed at the bottom of Sora's main page.

This Terms and Conditions document, the Privacy Notice, and periodic amendments to these documents, and where applicable, the Services Agreement, constitute the general rules of use for the Sora Platforms (the "Site Rules").

Sora informs you that although it makes its best effort in good faith so that the quality and content that the User can access in any link of a third party on the Sora Platforms; said content is not and cannot be monitored, evaluated, or controlled by Sora. Said content and available addresses are the property of third parties and undergo constant changes, whereby, from this moment, the User absolutely and without any limitation releases Sora from any type of liability, civil, criminal, administrative, as well as damages (material or moral), losses, or any other that could arise from the use of the Services and the information available on said links.

Material Services and Products

Sora may provide or make available to the User offers of products, operations, and/or personal services related to digital identity, electronic signature, signing of digital documents, custody of said documents, financial and insurance schemes, credit quotation and/or application, payment of personal products and services, as well as the purchase and sale of products (the "Services") and related information available through the Sora Platforms, or through links to other Internet sites, either directly or indirectly by various providers external to Sora (the "Third-Party Sites").

However, Sora cannot guarantee the Services, Products, or Materials. The User understands and accepts that delays, omissions, or inaccuracies may occur in any Product, Material, or Service, which under no circumstances can be considered the responsibility of Sora.

It should be noted that many of the Services offered on the Sora Platforms are subject to the signing, by electronic means, of a Services Agreement by the User, as well as compliance with the requirements requested by said Services Agreement and any others required by Sora, as well as the corresponding approval by Sora.

Market: Internet Alliances

Sora may from time to time establish links on the Sora Platforms that facilitate the purchase and sale of products or services, or links to Sora's strategic partners, and related Internet sites, where Sora may display links, icons, and/or brands of various distributors, providers, including financial services and other unrelated companies selected by Sora (the "Providers") and their respective Services, Products, and Materials.

Under no circumstances shall Sora be considered an agent of such Providers or Third-Party Sites, and Sora shall have no responsibility or liability to any Providers, Third-Party Sites, or any other person regarding any act, omission, or warranty of any kind related to them.

Sora in no way endorses, and shall have no obligation or responsibility regarding, the delivery or non-delivery of the respective Services, Products, and Materials of such Providers and Third-Party Sites, or the accuracy, completeness, quality, or timeliness thereof.

Therefore, the User understands that the customer-provider relationship or relationship with Third-Party Sites shall be exclusively between them and the User, and under no circumstances with Sora, so the User will not have any legal action of claim, complaint, or any other against Sora in case of non-compliance, by the Provider or Third-Party Site, in the quantity, quality, or specifications of the acquired or provided product or service.

In the event that Sora performs, with respect to any of the Providers and/or Third-Party Sites, the receipt of documents, verification of the same, and/or identification of handwritten and/or electronic signatures, advertisements of Services, Products, and Materials of such Providers and/or Third-Party Sites, in Sora’s own offices or through any electronic means including the Sora Platforms corporate sites, this under no circumstances implies that the User enters into the respective legal act with Sora, wherefore the latter shall be free of any liability or obligation arising from the compliance or non-compliance with said legal act by the Providers and/or Third-Party Sites.

No Liability

Sora does not guarantee or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any information, content, or advertising (the "Materials") contained in, distributed through, linked, recorded, or accessed through the Sora Platforms, except as otherwise expressed in any Services Agreement, nor the quality of any product, information, or other materials displayed, purchased, or obtained by the User as a result of any advertising or any information or offer contained in, or related to, the Service or the Products. The User acknowledges that relying on the credibility of any Service, Product, or Material shall be at their own risk. Sora reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without any obligation, to correct any error or omission in any Service, Product, or Material.

Digital Identity

Sora is not responsible for the validation of the digital identity that the User may create on the Sora Platforms at the time of generating their electronic signature. Sora does not commit to ensuring the legal validity of the electronic signature used by the User, neither for the internal processes of the Sora Platforms nor for those derived from Products, Services, or Materials offered by Providers and/or Third-Party Sites. Therefore, Sora is not responsible for any expenses the User may incur resulting from legal liabilities to third parties.
