Secure medical leave in Mexico: Reduce risks with AI

Conducting an employment termination is one of the most sensitive processes for any employer or HR department. In Mexico, an error in documentation or in the procedure can lead to costly lawsuits and unfavorable negotiations. With the arrival of Sora's AI agents, this process is no longer a terrain of uncertainty.

The challenge of legal termination The Federal Labor Law establishes strict requirements for a dismissal to be valid. Unfamiliarity with the grounds for justified dismissal (Article 47 LFT) or the lack of proper notification are usually the points where companies lose legal protection.

How Sora makes the process safer Sora does not just allow you to manage the termination; it acts as an automated legal consultant that guides you through every step.

• Real-time advice: The AI Super Agent advises you on best practices at the time of the dismissal, helping you identify if you have the necessary evidence.

• Generation of Administrative Records: You can create and sign digital records immediately, ensuring that each event is documented with full legal validity.

• Video Agreements: To reinforce consent and prevent the worker from disowning their intention later, Sora allows you to record video agreements that serve as compelling evidence in court.

Automation of the resignation process Even when the employee decides to leave voluntarily, Sora makes it easy for the collaborator to request and sign their resignation from the app. This generates automatic alerts for HR and allows for the analysis of turnover trends in real time.

Conclusion

Artificial intelligence has democratized legal certainty. Whether you are a small employer or a large corporation, having an AI agent that guarantees compliance in every employment termination is the best strategy to shield your assets and your reputation.
